The inaugural Longitudinal Attending-Resident-Student Mentorship Initiative (LAMI) event was held on May 19, 2025, marking the official start of this innovative approach to neurosurgical education and career development.
Led by Dr. Regan Shanahan, Dr. Nitin Agarwal, and Dr. D. Kojo Hamilton, the program aims to provide tiered mentorship to students across various levels of training, from undergraduate medical education through residency and into practice.
