Statement of Policy

Research Participation

Retaliation Prohibition
SCOLI strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination, files a complaint, participates in an investigation, or otherwise opposes discriminatory practices. Acts of retaliation will be subject to the same disciplinary procedures as acts of discrimination.
Reporting Discrimination or Harassment
Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment based on a protected characteristic, or who has witnessed such conduct, is encouraged to report the incident promptly.
